Here’s how it works:

- Each time you login and make a purchase at HorseMomsStore.com you rack up points.
- Rack Up Points
- Earn one point for every dollar you spend.
- Get Rewarded
- Once you accumulate 300 points, you qualify for a $10.00 reward certificate online or in the mail.
The more you shop the more rewards points you’ll earn.

HORSEMOMSSTORE.COM WELLNESS REWARDS TERMS & CONDITIONS
- To receive points, customer must enter Wellness Reward number at checkout each time customer makes a purchase.
- Customer must be at least 13 years of age, and a resident of the United States to be a member of the
HorseMomsStrore.com Wellness Rewards program.
- Customer will earn one point for each dollar spent on qualifying purchases. Qualifying purchases include all regular merchandise, including the purchase of gift certificates. Points may take at least two weeks to be processed and credited. Points are awarded based on product cost not shipping cost.
- Points will not be awarded for purchases paid for with gift certificates, gift cards, merchandise credits or program Reward Certificates.
- Points will not be awarded for sales tax.
- The point value of returned merchandise (on which points were earned at the time of purchases) will be deducted from the points in customer's Wellness Rewards account. If customer has already received a Reward Certificate based on such deducted points, then the point values of such returned merchandise will be carried forward to reduce points earned in the future.
- Points have no cash value.
- Customer will automatically become an Active Member of the Wellness Rewards program after customer accrues 300 points. Only Active Members of the Wellness Rewards program are eligible to receive membership rewards.
- Customer is responsible for notifying HorseMomsStore.com customer service department of any change of address.
- Active program members earn a HorseMomsStore.com $10 Rewards Certificate for each 300 points they accrue in accordance with these Program terms. Even if a Program member earns more than 300 points in one week or has a balance in excess of 300 points in any week, only one HorseMoms $10 Rewards Certificate will be issued per customer, per week. Upon each issuance of a Reward Certificate, 300 points will be subtracted from program member's point balance. If program member is entitled to additional Reward Certificates, they will continue to be issued and mailed, one per customer, per week.
- HorseMomsStore.com Reward Certificates may be used toward the future purchase of any HorseMomsStore.com merchandise. The HorseMomsStore.com Reward Certificates may not be redeemed for cash. Reward Certificates will be valid no less than 90 days from the date of issue. Reward Certificates are not valid towards the purchase of gift cards or gift certificates. If the purchase is less than the value of the Reward Certificate being used, no change will be given. Lost, stolen or expired Reward Certificates will not be replaced.
- HorseMomsStore.com may, at any time, terminate the HorseMomsStore.com Wellness Reward program or change the program rules, regulations, benefits or conditions of participation, in whole or in part, without notice or further obligation to program members.
- By participating in the HorseMomsStore.com Wellness Reward Program you will be added to our customer list. To learn about how we use and handle your information, please visit our Privacy and Security Policy at the HorseMoms website www.horsemoms.com, or call customer service Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at 1-800-881-9304 to request a copy of our privacy policy or these Program terms and conditions.
- HorseMomsStore.com Wellness Reward program is only available at HorseMomsStore.com.
- Any term or condition above which is prohibited by law will not be effective or binding.
